The 650 by far. At lower end graphics card, anything more than 1gb is really not going to be much of a difference. 2gb is already more than sufficient.
Brett, I know that's your pet card, but it works like the 690 does, correct? i.e. it claims to have 6GB, but each chip has access to only 3, and since they're in crossfire, they don't stack with each other.

I couldn't think of a board it would work with though as they are around 3 inches deep (each)

God, that's an absolutely horrible idea, though - you're paying twice as much and getting basically no better compute performance! Considering that there are only a tiny handful of cards which bitcoin mining is profitable with - or even gives a return on investment...
