Always try to stretch your budget as much as you can. That Asus you linked is a very nice card. On the other hand, if your budget is tight, then as Swifty mentioned there are some great deals on GTX 660's right now, as low as $180 that I have seen.

I would say its worth the $75
GTX660 cant overclock like the GTX 660TI which can easily match GTX 670 when overclocked, Great value for performance.
Also GTX 660 TI is the actual cut down GTX680 chip while GTX660 is a different chip from NVidia.
