I am trying to build a PC for a gaming rig and I am on a tight budget. I'm thinking around $650 or less. Currently, I have the following parts on a list:
Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H
Intel Core i3-2220 @ 3.3GHz
MSI GTX 660 Twin Frozr
Centon 4GB DDR3 @ 1333MHz
Seagate Barracuda 500GB Hard Drive
Thermaltake TR-500 500W Power Supply
I am wondering about the overall worthiness of this machine and if the CPU will bottleneck. I would not be looking at playing games at full HD with all the eye-candy turned on, but I want a nice, enjoyable experience when playing. Any thoughts and comments are appreciated.
