Hey guys, I'm starting an upgrading spree for my desktop, and I want to know what graphics card I should get: Radeon 7850, Radeon 7870, or Radeon 7950 (I may be switching to Intel, so if I should get a Nvidia or whatever just tell me).

I currently have a GTX 460, which is pretty old... and I'm deciding to get the 7850. So could someone tell me if it's worth the extra $50/$100 to upgrade to the 7870 or 7950 from the 7850? Right now I'm pretty much set on the 7850, but you know, if upgrading will give me a noticeably larger framerate increase, then I will pay the extra.

Sorry if my post confuses anyone! Thanks.

Extra info (my bad).

I'm probably going to end up switching to Intel, but here's my current specs:

Phenom II X4 840 3.2GHZ quad core (Probably changing to quad core i5)
Resolution: 1680x1050
PSU: 575W
Mobo: Biostar A880GZ (changing regardless of processor switch)
1TB HDD.

Usually I tell people to get the best graphics card their budget allows. 7850 is the best card at that price only beat by the 660 and that is beat by the 7870. Just go see benchmarks of the card and if you are happy with it then buy it. Also mentioned earlier we need your monitor resolution and system specs.
