I recently built my first computer, but it fails to start up.
Whenever I power it on, it will display the splash and occasionally hang there, but this doesn't happen when I have USB disconnected.
The real problem is as follows; whether I enter the BIOS or attempt to install Windows 7, after a few seconds the screen freezes with a pattern of random discolouration. I have attempted to reset CMOS already.
After 2 hours, I've also gotten the Blue Screen of Death twice, but have not noted the error code.
Any help?
