I was using someones wi-fi,because it was unsecured. so i was able to connect easily. but today i went into their router settings to check something and accidentaly turned off something,and now i can see the network but windows is unable to connect to it. so,my question is,can i somehow get in those settings again or restore router settings to default from my computer,because i cant access that router.
