There is two simple easy change that you can make to make your whole experience much better:

Getting the Noctua D-14 will save you $20 and get your a better quieter CPU cooler...

Since you DO plan on using after effects which supports CUDA acceleration you may or may not want to get a 670, I say may not because AMD GPU acceleration is coming soon to the whole Adobe line of products, so If you can wait for that to take place stick with the 7970 that you have it's fantastic. Not to mention the AMD acceleration will be 20%+ faster than the already in place CUDA acceleration.

I prefer not to get an air cooler because they are bulky and ugly. There also might be an issue with the clearance on the RAM sticks. I'm also willing to wait for the AMD GPU acceleration for Adobe products.

id get rid of the most of the build especially the cheap liquid cooler. go legit with liquid cooling or forget it
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Qcv6

-CPU cooler isnt too big and should be fine
-lower profile and cheaper ram sticks
-more ram is good for video editing
-more capacity on the SSD
-slightly more warranty on the hard drive. reliability is about the same
-case isn't a oven and is much cheaper and better
-changed the video card to a gtx 670 CUDA can be pretty benefitical in video editing. your choice if you want to make the change
-cheaper and much better psu
-windows 7 is cheaper
-better monitor if you want good color reproduction rather than a fast panel and crappy colors. its 199.99 at us.ncix as pcpartpicker doesnt list properly sometimes
-better keyboard
-better mouse
-fans are unnecessary if you have a good case and good fans included
