Can't find TV Tuner

I just bought a new HP computer and added a TV tuner. I need to download the drivers but it says it isn't detected. I went to device manager and it isn't listed. I also do not have anything that is unknown. How do I get my brand new computer to find it?

Ok, I just did that and the same thing happened. It downloads to where I choose install drivers. Then when I choose that, it runs through the course and comes up Drivers have not been updated. Compatible hardware not found.

The device is not defective. I had it installed in a different computer and it worked perfectly. There is no unknown device listed. I opened the hidden files and there is one with a yellow exclamation point called AntiLog 32 but it says it is not a plug and play device and does not have the choice to update a driver. Other than that, there is nothing unknown or yellow exclamation mark.
