Looking to build $300-$400 Server/HTPC

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Win8+Flexraid for a server, WMC (w/ Mediabrowser) for movies, and Plex(maybe)

Additional Comments: used primarily to store/serve media, no overclocking, need lots of sata ports at least 6, need a case with at least 6 3.5 drive bays

Do you want storage included in the build or do you have drives ready?
Both builds have cases and mbs that support 6 SATA connections. Both should run a server and play blu rays nicely.
