4 beeps on a Jetway NAF92-Q67 Q67 LGA1155 RMobo

So Im on my 2nd new jetway NAF92-Q67 Q67 LGA1155 R mobo and when I turn it on I get 4 beeps and nothing else. also starting with 1 stick of ram16 gig cpu-intel i7 3770k
and only getting the 4 beeps on both mobo's

Your Mobo supports 2nd Generation CPU. See attached image

Did you read the CPU support list?
It only goes up to I7-2600K... You are trying to run a 3rd gen processor on a board that only support 2nd gen...
