Fragility of motherboard

I was screwing in a heatsink for my cpu and I "lost control" of my screwdriver and it hit the motherboard from a height of about 1 inch. Since it is quite a new computer I dont want to have any premature damage :) It booted up fine and with my naked eye, I couldnt see any damage. How fragile are motherboards and do you think this event damaged it terribly?

its like a Russian roulette depends where the screw driver landed, if anything work's then you have no problem. I wasn't so lucky

ps motherboards are fragile so most times the result is unbootable pc or no problem.

It landed on some very small resistors
