crysis 3 lags frequently on single play and muliplayer on a decent pc

when i play crysis 3 i get lags every 1 or less 0.5 second, when lag comes everything goes slow motion for less than a second which makes the game unplayable.. i get 40-60 fps.. i have the latest drivers for my gpu...
My pc specs:
8 gb ram
Amd phenom X6 1090T 3.2 ghz
GTX 560 ti
please help me find a fix..

What settings are you using? Resolution etc?
Your GFX card i'snt exactly awesome for the higher tier settings.

I tried all settings and my resolution is 1360x768, btw i tried limiting the maximum frames to 30 and that partially solved the problem.. still lags a little bit.. not quite good... please help me get atleast 40 fps smooth gameplay.. i dont really care about the settings except resolution.. :'(

update: naa shit is still really laggy when u get into action

try using v-sync instead of frame limiter. to me without v-sync i can see the game stutter a lot when you moving around. v-sync did remedy the problem but not completely
