I've had this card ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161404 ) since October of last year and within a week it started clicking. The clicking was very slow and on some days it wouldn't happen at all. About a month after that it got to the point where it would not only click everyday but full out rattle.
It is now to the point where the rattle is unbearable. I can hear it over my headphones while gaming. I have read that many of the IceQ Turbo fans rattle not because of a failing bearing but because the fans are not always aligned properly when produced. I'm not nearly educated about this enough to know which is causing the rattle. I'm also not aware of the proper place to try mineral oil on these particular fans as they are not the standard design. Anyone have any similar experiences with the IceQ fans rattling and what to do about it before RMAing. I don't currently have a temporary card and HIS is less than expedient on replacements.
