I got a nvidia Geforce 9600 GT that is supposed to run many games on medium settings. It is supposed to run BF3 on medium. I couldn't do that. I play GTA SA and I get 60 fps without mods, if I install some small graphics changes my fps falls down till 50 or even 15! I checked the temps and clean installed my windows, but still nothing.
