how to change graphic quality and language(russian to english) in assassin's creed 3

i have downloaded assassin's creed 3 and it's working but the graphics are very bad and whatever is written it is in russian.plzzzzzzz.help me

1.Copy localiztion.lang to ur documets and open it with a notepad and it will show u Lang and some boxes.
2.Erase all and insert eng and save it(don't make it in bold format).
3.Copy/cut and paste it in ur game directory.
4.Done. works very well for me!
