and what about ASUS P8Z77-M PRO Motherboard in comparison of these two

Its good too. But, the Asrock/Gigabyte are Atx & should be cheaper as well, with similar features & performance.
If you have a case that doesn't support Atx motherboards or if you prefer a Micro-Atx board, then the Asus is good enough.
