Can you not get the parts at a local supplier in Norway or elsewhere in Europe? If Newegg are even prepared to ship the parts from the USA, it'll probably cost you a fortune. Have a look at this forum post for a list of suggested sites.

You appear to be missing a motherboard, by the way. Just a minor issue :)
