Pixelated icons after installing GT210 1GB DDR3

I installed Zotac Nvidia GT210.But after doing so,some of my icons in system tray and in the taskbar seems to be pixelated.Same thing happens in some control panel icons also. Here is the pic.

Just watch the avast logo,chrome logo, and the ones in red circle.

Can anyone tell me how to fix it? I am new in graphics card.

could you post your system specs, as this would help us, help you better.
Also when you installed card did you use driver sweeper to completely remove traces of old driver before installing new ones.
Or it could be psu not providing enough power to gpu, but without knowing what specs you have is hard to tell.

My system specs are

Intel D945GCL
1.5 GB RAM
80 HDD
Intel Celeron D 2.8 Ghz
SMPS -Iball LPE 223-400

I do not have any old driver since I completely formatted my system.I can play Assassin's Creed flawlessly.So I think I have enough PSU power.What else?
