Here are my settings:
CPU bus frequency: 266mhz
Core speed: 4.5ghz
HT Link: 2135mhz
Core voltage: 1.440v
Temperature: 46c
Ram voltage: 1.5v
Ram speed: ~1420 mhz

These are my settings while running prime95.
Is that a safe overclock?
It never goes higher than 46c but normally runs at 45c during prime95

Oh i also am getting no errors on prime95 (so far)
My voltage also sometimes goes up to 1.452v
Is that much voltage necessary or do you think i can turn it down?

If your temps are ok and you are happy with 1hr stable in Prime and are only gaming thats cool. Personally I like running Prime overnight but like I said, no one is forcing you it is only recommended. Prime really pushes a system as well. To give yourself reassurance you can always run IBT (Intel Burn Test) as well, which is a fairly quick test, maybe 20min on Very High setting. If you are happy though just stay where you are at, and if you have any crash issues it may well be the cpu (although I doubt it if you are using it game strictly). Goodluck and have fun in Bioshock :)

I ran it for an hour and it was fine so then i went and played bioshock infinite (GREAT game btw) for a few hours. I havent changed the overclock and ive been using it for about 12 hours total in the last 24 hours including planetside 2, bioshock, and crysis 3 so i think its okay. I havent had any issues.

If i run it overnight and it is unstable and one of my cores crashes isnt that bad for the cpu though?
Cause if i run it overnight ill definitely be sleeping and i dont wamt my cpu to die!!!

Not bad for the cpu, high temps are bad and if your cpu reaches an unsafe temp it will shut itself down to prevent damage. Also, programs like Coretemp actually have options for safe shutdowns once you reach a certain preset temperature. Also, if you run Prime a few hours before bed and it is going fine 3 hours in it will be safe to run overnight :)
