Hey guys im looking to upgrade my graphics card as i only have a nvidia gt 530 which offers poor performance for gaming i was thinking of buying a asus 2gb 7770 card however my psu is only a 460watt so im not sure if i would have enough power available to use it with the other parts of my pc which are a i7 2600 @3.40 quadcore 6gb ddr3 ram,2tb harddrive

ah ok thanks checked out some benchmarks and can run games like bf3 at about 35-40fps at 1920x1080 which is good however is there a risk it could damage my pc if i use it on games at high settings as tehy recommend a 50 supply?

whatever is in the prebuilt you have should run the 7790 but then if you want some more headroom or when you want a new rig and use a good psu, this will last a while

actually for the video card, you might as well get a 7850. they are only 20 bucks more than the cheapest 7790 so why not? free games as well
