Need help finding x2 8 PIN Express to 6 pin for graphics card

ok I figure out what my problem was but now I have another. After I install the graphics card the one of the fans is not working. I wonder if I press to hard on the graphic card when installing or my psu is not strong enough. I have a 650 watt psu. Also where would I find a replacement fan. I look on google but can't find anything.
