How does this 1st time build look? The most stress I will be putting on the system is playing Company of Heroes 2. Along with steaming videos and web surfing. Any feedback would be much appreciated! :)

Looks good, other than the power supply. I used to use that exact model in my rig, powering an Intel Core 2 Duo E7400, 4 GB DDR2, and an AMD Radeon HD4650 on a Gigabyte EP45-UD3LR, and had the power supply fail twice in 3 months.

Just a bit of warning.

Definitely change the power supply.
Why would you put a cheap low quality power supply in such a good system.
That thing will deliver about 400watts (if you are lucky) before it shuts off.

If you look at the link above you will find Raidmax in tier 5. REPLACE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE category.

Please consider a power supply of 500watts in tier three or above for your setup.

Cooler Master's eXtrme series is a huge NO-NO when buying a power supply. From my own experience, I'd recommend for you to buy Corsair or Thermaltake, they are one of the best at power supplies. So for future updates, get this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153170. Why?
1. It's thermaltake. :D
2.Gold certified!
3.4 x 6+2-Pin for future upgrades on video cards.
4.It's almost a steal at $99.99!

Good like with your build! :)
