Hey, i'm going to purchase a gaming PC with in the next couple days and just need you guys to check over it for me. I am going to be gaming at 1080p and wish to play games like Battlefield, Far Cry 3, Skyrim etc. My budget is around 800 and that includes the OS. I also live in Australia.

According to my calculator that's ~816 AUS dollars. The case isn't as fancy but I have one and it's great. If you can afford a bit more you can pick up a Hyper 212+ or Hyper 212 Evo and overclock that 8350 to 4.5 or 4.6 GHz. This is a much more powerful config than you have set up for the price, and with more cores, it's also more versatile.

I doubt the prices will be exact, and you might have to pay around 900 in Australia, but the amount of power you get compared to what you listed is much higher.
