how to have os run off of ssd and everything else off of hdd

I have a 128 gb ssd that i just downloaded windows 8 to. Now i want to set it so everything else saves to my 1tb hdd. When i go to device manager it shows both of them are working but then when I go to save something under desktop it only shows my ssd. ANother thing is should I save my device drivers to the ssd or hdd. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

device drives go on ssd with OS. make sure the hdd is enabled through drive manager

so I was able to get the hdd to appeaR but how do i set it so everything automatically downloads to the hdd while and how do i put the drivers and chrome on my ssd?
