2 things:
1. Don't get a cheap power supply it will severely damage your PC. And also get a 650w power supply. Get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005
2.I don't trust Seagate, it's better to get Western Digital: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005

Other than those, it look pretty good...

Thank you for the advice, WD is waaay overpriced where i live, also that power supply ur suggested, i found " Corsair Builder Series CX 80+ Bronze, 600 Watt, ATX, EPS12V, PS/2 " is that better?

That's a good build in my opinion. And there's nothing wrong with that PSU except that it should be a bit bigger.
asalikus's choice is a good PSU upgrade. The HD 7870 will draw a bit over 14.5A (175W) maxed out.
Keep in mind that that board is not very good for O/Cing if you ever desire to do that. And the 2nd PCIe X16 slot is only X4 electrically, so it would not be advisable to use it in CF.

+1 Good point for the overclocking on the motherboard. But I guess he wants to go cheap. If you ever want to overclock, get the extreme 4.

I don't see why it would melt? I have the Extreme 4 and it doesn't melt...

I'm just curious as to why you have a worry about the South Bridge 'melting'. It has a heat sync on it. My old Asus P5Ne-SLI board didn't even have a heat sync on the S.B. and it was somewhat of an enthusiast's board designed to be O/C'd. Some boards have beefier heat syncs than the Pro3-M, but the board isn't designed to be an 'enthusiast's' board.

That's a nice card. But you can get it for the same price with a free game at Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121660
Or save a few bucks and get this one also with free game: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127707
