Planning to put 2x 120mm fan on side of this CM 690

I bought 2 120mm fan for my CM 690 II and I was thinking the positions of fan like exhaust and/or intake.

I already have fan on right side which is exhaust so the hot air from processor will take it out by fan. Should my 2 120mm fan will intake?

yes normally they would be intake to blow cooler air over the gpu etc

Those are PWM fans, you can control them through your BIOS. Set them to a lower RPM.

Thanks! oh and I decided to buy a fan controller for my desktop since it's hassle to adjust the fan from BIOS (and for my future fan too)

I have a new problem now about the filter of my 2x 120mm fan, I bought the filter screen net(?) and I just sandwich it with: FILTER+DESKTOP COVER LEFT+FAN(Intake) <-- this is right?

The filter should be in front of the two fans that are intaking for your side panel.
