thank you sir!

im just wondering if the motherboard will last for a while, i still plan to upgrade on the future, probably a year or two from now?

Intel is coming out with their new processors (Codename: Haswell) in about 1-2months. When they come out, they will start using a LGA1150 socket. The current processors (Codename: Ivy Bridge) uses a LGA1155 socket. This means that this processor will soon be out-dated but barely. If you can't wait, the 3570k is still a great processor that will last awhile.

Although the motherboard won't be able to support the new processors, it still has plenty of options to upgrade. You can crossfire and add more ram.

Also, some food for thought: Intel Processor's will feature a new socket every generation. This means that every time they come out with a new series of processors, you're going to need a new motherboard.

thank you sir, i will consider what you told me, but in your opinion, would you consider this an above average pc? i know there is no such thing as future-proof in computers, i just want this pc to last at least 2 years if i cant upgrade it. thanks for your thoughts.
