Buying the 3770k and DDR3-2133 Memory... Which motherboard is better suited for me??

The "Budget" AsRock MoBo pairing with the most expensive CPU and most expensive memory seems an odd pairing.

Be that as it may, you can compare them here:

The two boards have some very significant differences. Main differences are the more expensive one buys you a 2nd PCI-E 3.0 slot, SLI capable, better audio, more USB 3 / less USB 2 and "Gold" caps.

i have seen a few videos, it shows a significant 15% increase and 20% increase during hackintosh.

Hm, I don't know about that, but if that is true then do it.

For gaming though it won't help you much over 1600mhz.
