Is this pc good enough to run big games

It has an outdated CPU, no operating system, questionable other parts (at best) and the GPU is not meant to be used for gaming at all. No it cannot run BF3.

He either needs to build his own or get a prebuilt from a REAL PC maker. Not random crap from Amazon or Ebay based on made up "percentage off" numbers. Either way someone else should be helping him look. Or he can just ask for suggested builds on the forum. They are not hard to build.
