Windows 8 stuck on update

My PC said "install updates and restart" so i did that and now it's stuck on 32 of 34. The circle is spinning still?
What do i do?

Specs:
Intel I5 3330 @3Ghz
AMD Radeon Hd 7770
8 GB Ram
Windows 8 Home Premium

Open up the updates application and manually click install instead of letting windows do it, see if this resolves the issue. Failing that go to the update application and click update history, here it will tell you the update it is failing on, simply untick it and everything should install okay.
