On the mb if your not going to over clock the cpu or swap it with an unlocked i5. Then look at msi h77 and asrock motherboards h77. They should be in the 80-100 price range. If you have a micro center near you they cary the i3 for 99.00 last time I looked.i would replace the 300 watt ps with an corsair 430 watt when there on sale there about 24.00 after rebate.
The 300 w depending on the vendor may work ok. A lot of low end ps when loaded can just pop and die.

the gpu is weak please do not expect to be gaming with it. if you do increase the gpu then you'll need to improve the psu as well.

With the power supply it the wattage on the 12v leg and the wattage of the gpu you have to look at. Don't want to be running a game and have the system shut down on you. With ram you only need one ram stick. The I CPU have two memory controllers. With two sticks your just running in duel channel mode.
