Yes, your card should be able to run two monitors. Shut down your system, connect both monitors to the graphics card outputs. Boot up your system. If you only see a display on one of the monitors, click the following key combination: Windows+P (the windows key is the one between the CTRL and ALT keys).
Use your arrow keys to select your current monitor, duplicate (same image on both displays), extended (one desktop over both displays), or the secondary monitor only.
If that doesn't work, you should be able to set it up in Catalyst Control Center (which should have been installed with your graphic card drivers).
