Hey, Mike2012 here. I noticed something on my Sapphire HD 7850 OC.

Now, here's my problem. The thing covering the fan tends to come off a little bit. Is it supposed to be where you can lift it up or is it supposed to be stuck down to the card?
If it's not supposed to be like that, I may RMA.
If my explanation wasn't well enough, here's a picture:
You see that part circled, I can lift it up. But isn't it supposed to be stuck down to the graphics card?
