Have new dell computer. It does not recognise Iomega. The data was added with old computer, Windows XP. It works with my husband's laptop with Windows 7.
When I run "update", it says it is up to date.

What do you see in Disk Management? Does it have a Drive letter and appear as 'Healthy, (Primary Partition')?
