I thought about this system (prices from ivory.co.il):

Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H =149$
Intel Core i5-3570K =311$
Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600MHz דגם CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10 =98$
Noctua NH-U12P SE2 =65$
Zotac דגם NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 2GB ZT-60901-10M =290$

Beacuase I need spdif I need to know whats better to buy a more expensive MOBO like ASUS P8Z77-M / Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H or buy a sound card .. what do u say?

Your current motherboard is good, you really do not need anything more.

Noctua NH-U12P is a bit on the expensive side, if you only want an almost equal overclock go for the Cooler Master Hyper 212.

The 660 is the same price as the 7870XT in most countries, I'm not saying it is like that in Israel, but it performs A LOT better for the same price, you should be looking at that card to expand the longevity of your computer.

Otherwise yeah everything is good to go.

You do not need a more expensive motherboard the one you have is fine, and DO NOT buy a sound card they are not worth it in any way shape or form, you would be better off with getting other better components not a new Mobo/SoundCard.
