i've decided to buy sapphire vapor-x hd 7970 ghz edition. i wanna know if it is pre-overclocked? if yes then suggest gpu cooler(value for price)

Sapphire HD 7970 Vapor-X GHz Edition is an excellent Graphics card. Sapphire HD 7970 Vapor-X GHz Edition doesn't require you to buy a cooler as it already comes with one from factory :)
