hyper 212x clearance on RAM

Hi guys, this is my first post here (long time lurker) so please bare me the bashing. I know I'm still a noob and have a lot to learn.

Anyway, I'm building my first PC. I already have my:
MOBO: MSI FM2 A75MA-P33
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer 8GB 2x4GB 1866Mhz
HDD: 1TB WD Black
Case: Cooler Master K380

I want to get this cooler: http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6902

I'm wondering if it will hit the rams. I know it will fit the case, and compatible with my FM2 socket. But I'm afraid it might hit the rams.

Currently living in Macau, so I have not much of options with parts. And Hong Kong ships computer parts but charges shipping, so might as well get parts here for warranty purposes.

Thank you for your time in reading this. :)

The fan is held on by clips, rather than being screwed onto the aluminum fins.

Yes you can use Hyper Hyper 212X

Like this:

If the cooler fan touches memory hitsink then you can install like this

The cooler should be able to cool your cpu as its a good cooler.

Thanks

@USAFRet: I got them for USD$67 to $75. I need hight latency for the igpu. :)
@imomun: The PSU is base mounted. Are you sure it can be installed with the fan directing downward?

I can't quote you both at the same time, I don't know how. LOL I'll learn in a while.

I'm on a budget too. That's why I specifically bought low profile RAM to go with the Hyper 212+.
But as I said earlier, you can slide the fan up a little if there is an issue.
