Does an amd-fx 8320 run just as or hotter than a amd phenom ii x4 965?

I have a cooler master haf 912 with 5 120mm fans, my amd phenom ii idles around 34c... but it's warm in southern cali..and the summer time will be much hotter

Are you using an aftermark heatsink?
