Currently I have a gtx570 msi twin froser iii set up in sli I picked them up new at 115 a piece.

I can get a asus 7870 for about 150 new after rebate and I sell the games. I was thinking about selling my 570s for about 160 each bc they sill have 2+ years on the warrentee and picking up one 7870 either until another one comes along cheap or I can get my hands on a better card at a good discount. I feel like the 570s won't hold its value as long as the 7870. What do you guys suggest

I play on a 1080 46 inch screen

I would go with the 7870, since it'll play most modern games at max or almost max settings with minor frame drops. It'll also take only 1 pcie slot compared to two, allowing for a cooler system and better airflow. With this, you could do minor overclocking and see virtually no temperature difference.

By the way, where are you finding a 7870 for $150?

I know to 570sli is going to preform better but doesn't the 7870 overclock easily and use a lot less power n heat. I just picked the 7870 because I can get one cheap and i plan om getting another one so basically i can upgrade for free. but Is there anything else I can sell my 570sli for and get. I feel like I should sell them now while I can still get a good price for them
