Ok i'm building my new rig and as a cooler i'm going with the h100i but what's all this buisness about push pull ?? i was thinking of having 2 noctuna fans at the top and 2 green led fans at the bottom (for the theme) but what do you do are they for pushing air out or do you set them up to push air in so it's getting air from both side. baffled :S

For the overall case, you want air flow through the case. Clean cool air in the front, hot air out the back and top.

Specifically talking about coolers, on one side air blowing towards the fins, on the other side, pulling out of the fins.

You're misinterpreting. He didn't say that. Hot air rises. Trying to push hot air down and out the bottom is counterproductive. You want airflow either from front to back or bottom to top or some combination of that. Pull air in from the front/bottom. Push air out from the back/top. Never point fans at each other.
