$700 Gaming Build

I'll be doing my first gaming build soon, with a budget of $700. I'd like it to be based off of the i3-3220.

I want the motherboard+PSU+ case to be able to handle future upgrades (e.g. Core i7 w/ 660Ti in SLI)

I'll be playing the following, fairly low-end games:

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
Blacklight: Retribution
Soldier Front: 2
Various other FPS games.

Also, my monitor resolution is 1440x900, surely this will make a difference with game performance.

Maybe I can't read but I don't believe that mobo supports SLI. I know the PSU won't. Really liking the case though.
