I have a reason why my build may seem too money consuming, but i would rather not go over all of it.

Thanks, but i have a question, if i wanted to overclock the i7 3770k to like 4.2-4.5, would the corsair h100i be efficient and still run quiet?

Will it be more quiet overclocked than a high quality cooler running not over clocked(normal ghz)?

If a water cooler and air cooler like the noctua and h series were clocked at the same speed, which would be more quiet?

Why lower profile ram? Would water cooling support 1866 and above+ ??
