Should i go AMD or Intel?

Hey Guys,
need a little help here...

if i go AMD ill get

FX 8120
Crosshair V Formula

if i go Intel ill get

Intel i7 2600k
MSI Z77A-GD65

dont tell to get a another expensivier motherboard or better stuff cuz i wont have the money for it

The Intel i7 is definitely better, but what are you planning for the build?

i was definaly going with the i7 but the Crossway V Formula is a much better motherboard and can do crossfire and SLI at x16 x16

Intel is much better than AMD. But why would you go with a last gen part? If money is an issue go with an i5-3570k, it will perform excellently. A friendly recommendation I would do some more research before going forward. Coming here and asking is a good start, reading articles and other posts too. Go ahead and post your entire build list on here and we will critique it for you and help you get the best bang for your buck

Intel is much better than AMD. But why would you go with a last gen part? If money is an issue go with an i5-3570k, it will perform excellently. My Future build:

i7 2600k
MSI Z77A-GD65
Corsair Vengeance 8Gb(2x4GB) 1600mhz (already own them, will updgrade in the future to 16gb)
2x Radeon HD 7870 on Crossfire
Corsair CX600

The i7 is a Deal i got from a friend instead of 320€ he does it for 190€ and the 3570k is 225€

7870LE and 7870XT are much better than an OEM 7870 as far as best bang for the buck IMHO and Toms think so too!

well i only have the money for OEM's cuz those are like 240-260€, OEM OC'ed Version i can get it for 165€

Agreed, Cool about having 7870 Crossfire is that for 330€(price of the OEM OC) i can get better perfomance than a 680 for about 10-25%, while a 680 cost from 450-550€
