Which card should I take

The gigabyte card has the higher clock speeds and arguably the better cooler. However, it does recirculate that hot air within the case.

The EVGA card, on the other hand, exhaust all it's hot air out the rear. It's for this reason I would pick the EVGA card.

I know its the same car... but which company is better... and also, as you can see, the gigabyte got 3 fans on top.

If you want to overclock, the option with better cooling is the optimal choice. However, if you want performance per dollar, the 7970 is a steal.

In terms of EVGA vs. Gigabyte, I don't know much about Gigabyte but EVGA has excellent support (24-hour tech support by phone). Also, they have a step-up program if you want to upgrade your card. However, the 770 is not coming out this year, so that's out of the question.

GIGABYTE's GTX 670 Windforce OC is a premium GTX 670 implementation. The card uses the exact same PCB as the NVIDIA reference design GTX 680, paired with GIGABYTE's own cooling solution. GIGABYTE has increased clocks of their card by a large amount to exploit their custom design as much as possible.The evga is a reference card go for GIGABYTE.
