HELP! My pc wont turn on it reboots after 5 seconds

hi , last week i installed a new graphics card (xfx 7750 core edition 1gb ddr5)
i had an xfx 8500gt from nvidia
when i took the card from the pc i plugged in the new gpu btw i uninstalled my old gpu drivers. i turned on the pc and it reboots after 5 seconds so i called a tech guy that i know then i showed the status of the pc and the guy said to me that it was my psu so today i bought a new power supply a corsair cx430 i installed it and it keeps doing that rebooting thing so if someone can help me pls thanks

Could be power switch. Disassemble your case enough that you can access the power switch header easily. Power on the computer then immediately disconnect the header. If your computer stays on it's the power switch.

well use a windows repair disk. it may repair the errors.

and maybe the tech guy you know help you out more. try talking him again. just saying coz you buy a new psu because he just said.
