I wanted your opinion on the build. I am spending too much for gaming pc. Should I downgrade some parts ?

TVs are not ideal for PC gaming, especially shooters due to input lag and the likes.

The heat-sink will let you mildly overclock, you don't need to go extreme on overclocking for gaming.

Power supply is a seasonic, they make some of the best power supplies. It's 750 for future crossfire.

7970ghz will come with bioshock and crysis too on newegg.

i would say either build is a good way to really. I do agree that you should get the Seasonic 750w Gold PSU. Seasonic is a must for high-end builds. As for the GPU, the 7970 ghz edition is definitely faster than a 680 and the same price. It also offers another gig of VRAM and offers several games through newegg. However I do like Nvidias drivers and Physx. As well as their new Geforce experience, auto-optimizes games for you for best graphics and frame rates.
