Would this high fin memory fit the CPU and the cooler?

Initially I had an Corsair XMS 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory, CMP16GX3M2A160010 for $130, before considering the Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2133 Memory for $45 more (faster system in general, but not for gaming?).

Please advise, thanks!

Update: I'm thinking that since I'll not be OCing, maybe I should just get 4X8 GBs banks, as recommended in a different topic:

Corsair XMS 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory $218.25

I had that same memory and CPU cooler on my MSI board, until I replaced it with a water cooler. The EVO212 will clear fine, you'll just only be able to have a fan on the one side of it (It only comes with one fan anyways, but has mounts for a second fan).
