Hi guys. I am looking for a new graphics card, considering my 9600GT is 3yrs old and has 512MB memory only. And my budget is 80 - 120 pounds.

Could anyone recommend a suitable gaming graphics card(NOT Xtreme) for me, please?!

Here's is my computer components:
Intel Quad Core Q6600 2.40
Gigabyte G41MT-S2P Micro ATX
8GB DDR3 1033Mhz Memory
NVIDIA 9800 GT (Needs Replacing) 512MB

I have been browsing on web and pick up a few cards or any better suggestions.....

There is also another concern, my computer operates around 20 hours a day. Consider your suggestion would either cards have over heat issues, potentially? Should I go for the bigger memory ones?
