built a computer for my mother this past christmas, so its only about 4 months old. Here's the build:

mobo - MSI FM2-A75MA-E35
cpu - AMD A10-5800K
ram - Patriot Viper 3 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
psu - COOLER MASTER GX 450W

Last night It was having problems booting up. They couldnt get it to work, i switched to a different outlet and it booted fine. Later that night it froze during shutdown(no picture) and the power button stopped working. Only way to turn it off was flipping the PSU off or unplugging it(flipped switch.)

This morning it wouldn't boot up at all. Trouble shot the PSU and it seems to be working, did the paper clip test. Heard that clearing the CMOS might help so i tried that and now after I clear it, it will turn on once but no picture, power button still doesnt work. After its off, it won't come on till I clear CMOS again.

Seems like its something to do with the bios but don't know how to fix it. Would rather not RMA if i could avoid it.
