3 month old build stopped working

Hello i have a new system build the specs are
storm scout 2 case
maximum gene v mobo
3570k cpu
corsair ax850 psu
gskill ripjaws 4*4 ram
cpu cooler included with cpu
power color 7950 gpu
asus cd drive
samsung 840 ssd
wd 1tb hdd 64mb cache 7200rpm
windows 7 64bit
i use 5 cm fans same as stock fan from case
this pc worked for about 3 months no major problems only issue was a few gpu driver issues but resolved them now pc will not boot it give me a q-code of 79 i tried bios reset ii tried using 1 ram stick at a time i tried different psu a known to work corsair cx 430 i also tried removing gpu while using othe psu i tried diff gpu and nothing i have tried everything any ideas woul be wonderful thank you all

Can you offer any more details about the symptoms. Are you able to view BIOS or do you have absolutely zero video output whatsoever? Did the PC stop working instantly while operating or did the problem surface between sessions (in between boot-ups)? Is there any indication of power getting to the motherboard? etc.

A few other basics to check:
-Ensure power chord, power-bar, and outlet are changed for testing.
-Ensure power switch on your tower is properly connected to motherboard and that the wiring is in tact from end to end.
-Ensure that motherboard is providing proper grounding or PSU will not give sustained power. Aside from making sure it's seated in your case properly and that wires and cables are managed, you may have to get professional assistance for this.

As far as I know your mother board must have functioning RAM in order to boot at all. This could also be your issue.

What are diagnostic fees at your local shop? Might be worth it.

i have checked all the above i always tried booting with 1 stick of ram as i was eliminating those or tring to i have cheacke all connections and tried a different power suply i tried different outlets and it does not boot at all no picture display i know my moniter is good checked on other pc i stopped while i was making lunch in mid use it was on and had a movie paused came back it was off the only thing i did different was plug in my phone i did not actually see the crash when i cam back it was off and will not turn back on the fans come on the leds on the board come on everything seems to function as normal

yes i have tried 1 ram stick still no outcome and the mid atx mobo was for a diff case i already had when i bought mobo but did not like temps so bought a new case

At this point you are with me. You've got to start swapping components one by one or pay the money for a professional diagnostic
